I am a Psychologist with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others to reconnect with the things that make them smile, feel fulfilled and find meaningful.
Together we can discover what is keeping you stuck, identify what you are already be doing that is helpful and introduce new ideas to regain a sense of well-being and enthusiasm.
With over 14 years experience working with people from diverse walks of life, I have developed an extensive toolkit that we can draw upon. These strategies can help you to overcome parts of your life that tend to push you around and help you to take back control. Through a compassionate, practical and playful approach it is my goal to reduce the impact and influence that these areas have over you so you can reach your full potential and strength.
When working with me, you are guaranteed a relaxed and caring environment in which you feel safe and secure. We will move at a pace that is comfortable for you, while maintaining a framework based on proven, evidenced-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher and see value in integrating a body and mind approach. Through improved awareness, slowing things down, mindful breathing and meditation we can nurture a healthier mind-body connection.
